Job Description

PROGRAM MANAGER, EDUCATION INITIATIVES, Economics-Blueprint Labs, to work closely with Blueprint’s Education Initiatives’ leadership in support of its policy and communications work.  The primary responsibilities will include supporting research operations, coaching junior research staff, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. 

Blueprint Labs uses data and economics to uncover the consequences of policy choices and improve society. Its Education Team studies education systems and policies (e.g., here and here).

REQUIRED:  a bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, education, or a related field; at least three years of relevant experience in policy, education, data analysis, research methods, and/or social sciences research; self-motivation and ability to work independently; and strong interpersonal, program management, and organizational skills.  Job #22960-8

Salary range:  $71,175 - 95,188

This is a full-time appointment that is renewable annually, contingent on funding and mutual agreement.

A term of at least two years is strongly desired.
